Tim, the owner/operator of South Cape Marine, has been passionate about boating and water activities since early childhood. Since owning his first wetsuit at the age of three, over his time Tim has cultivated deep understanding in all things marine. Through the years, he has owned and managed a diverse array of vessels, ranging from dinghies and outboards to yachts and commercial fishing boats.

Beyond boating, Tim has honed his skills in competitive racing, building supercharged alcohol race engines, and crafting engines for Targa cars. His work includes tuning record-breaking vehicles at Lake Gardiner Salt Lake for over 20 years. This wealth of experience has equipped him with a high degree of knowledge in maintenance, repairs, design, fabrication and full vessel renovations, including specialized tasks such as gearbox rebuilds, prop shaft and propeller servicing, fiberglass work, and hydraulics.
